Strengthen the technology for the production of shaped, sausages and smoked products at the Las Vegas Processor. This small industry that we intend to strengthen through this project reaches production of up to 134 tons per year, which produces its products using the meat taken from the bones and heads of cattle and pigs that are killed and not processed in the Meat Company (sub-products), thus converting it into croquettes, hamburgers, smoked heads and various types of sausages. The productions will be destined primarily for sales to entities that operate in MLC and supply the domestic market.
