Description:
Develop the production of edible mushrooms through the conditioning of silos and the rescue of buildings for their use. The gradual incorporation of the tunnels to the production of fungi is foreseen when the conditions inside them are created. This project has the purpose of increasing the production and consumption of this nutrient for the domestic market, substituting imports and exports.
